Chief Agentic Officer is operated by YQUP Ltd. This policy explains how we look after personal data for the newsletter, subscriber account, paid archive, MCP access, billing handoff, and analytics.
Who we are

Depending on the service, YQUP Ltd may act as a controller, joint controller, or processor. The local site does not handle card details, payment methods, invoices, receipts, direct cancellation, or direct billing recovery.
What we collect
We collect information you give us, such as your name, work email, role, country or market, board issue, preferred briefing language, organisation, newsletter consent, account login details, and support or account requests.
When you use subscriber features, we store the minimum local records needed to link your login, allowed archive scope, subscription state, and MCP token status. Raw MCP tokens are shown only when created or rotated; stored token records are hash-only.
We may also receive service data from Better Auth, Google sign-in when used, Polar customer or subscription state, MailerLite subscriber state, Matomo analytics events after consent, and the hosting/runtime services used to operate the site.
How we use it
- To send the Chief Agentic Officer Briefing and related board-readiness notes when you ask for them.
- To provide login, subscriber archive access, account management, and MCP token controls.
- To check subscription status through Polar and keep access aligned with paid, trial, scheduled-cancel, cancelled, unpaid, revoked, or expired states.
- To protect the site, prevent misuse, diagnose service problems, and keep operational records.
- To improve the site with optional analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies or similar storage.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies and similar storage are used for authentication, session security, subscriber access, and account controls. Optional Matomo analytics is gated behind consent and is not loaded until you accept analytics. Matomo is configured without analytics cookies, but the analytics script still waits for your choice. You can change that choice using Cookie settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers for specific operations, including Better Auth for account sessions, Polar for billing and subscriptions, MailerLite for newsletter delivery, Matomo for analytics when accepted, Google OAuth when you choose Google sign-in, hosting/runtime infrastructure, and professional advisers where needed.
We may also share information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the site or users, or as part of a business continuity or sale process where lawful and appropriate.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EU. Where that happens, we rely on the protection mechanisms offered by those providers and the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, unless legal, accounting, security, or regulatory reasons require a longer period. We may anonymise operational information so it can no longer be associated with you and use that anonymised information to improve the briefing and service.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can manage paid subscription billing in Polar. You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply.
You also have the right to complain to us or to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues.
