Terms and conditions

Please read these terms before using the Chief Agentic Officer website, newsletter signup, subscriber archive, account area, and MCP access.

The current public offer is the free newsletter. No website account or payment is needed. New accounts, paid subscriptions, and public archive/MCP signups are paused.

Who we are

Chief Agentic Officer is operated by YQUP Ltd. Contact us about these terms at support@mail.chiefagenticofficer.com.

Acceptance

By using this site, creating an account, joining the newsletter, accessing the subscriber archive, or using MCP access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or subscriber services.

These terms work with our Privacy policy and Cookie policy. For an earlier paid subscription, Polar's terms may also apply to the existing billing relationship.

Changes

We may update these terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, access rules, pricing, trial limits, and subscriber features from time to time. Please check the current version when you use the site or subscriber surfaces.

Account details

If you create a login or receive a token, you must keep those credentials confidential. Do not share passwords, session access, or MCP OAuth or bearer tokens. We may disable access if we reasonably believe these terms, security rules, or subscription rules have been breached.

Briefing use

The briefing supports leadership, governance, and operating judgement. It is general information, not professional advice. It does not replace legal, regulatory, audit, disclosure, financial, data protection, director, or management judgement.

Source use and attribution

The briefing may refer to public news, regulator, government, company, academic, and publisher sources. We use those sources for short factual signals, source-linked commentary, attribution, and board-facing judgement. We do not intend to republish full article bodies, paywalled text, publisher photographs, or source material as a substitute for the original source.

Where a claim depends on an external source, the briefing should identify or link the relevant source where practicable. Short quotations, if used, should be limited, attributed, and used only where they are needed for commentary, review, quotation, or current-events context.

Paused account and paid access

The website account area and paid access offer are currently paused. The free newsletter does not include an online archive account or an MCP token. Contact support about earlier account access.

MCP access

MCP OAuth and bearer tokens remain limited to existing authorized assistant reads within their assigned scope. Do not share, publish, sell, embed in public repositories, or use tokens for scraping or abuse. Contact support about existing access while the account area is paused.

Billing and cancellation

Website checkout is closed. Earlier subscription management, invoices, receipts, cancellation, and payment-method recovery remain with Polar. Pausing website signups does not itself cancel an existing subscription. Contact support@mail.chiefagenticofficer.com for help with an earlier subscription.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

We own or license the site, briefing, archive, MCP metadata, and related materials. You may use them for your own reading and allowed assistant workflows within your access scope. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party sources, Polar, MailerLite, Matomo, Google sign-in, and other resources. Links are provided for context or operation and do not mean we approve or control the third-party site, service, or content.

Availability and security

The service is operated on a best-effort basis, especially during private testing and pre-launch changes. We do not guarantee that the site, archive, MCP endpoint, or account tools will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, the site, briefing, archive, and MCP access are provided without any promise that they are suitable for a particular decision, regulatory requirement, board process, or professional use.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you are based.
